We are thrilled to announce that we will be transforming our practice to a 4-day working week, operating Monday-Thursday.

WAX Design is diverse, inventive and forward-thinking. These qualities are due to the commitment of every member of WAX and the exceptional range of clients and collaborators who share our passion for high-quality engagement and design.

In recent months, the way we work has been a focus for our team. We have been reflecting on how to improve and develop, not only on a professional level but also personally. We know that our creativity, intelligence and ingenuity stems from each of our people and the passion they bring to the WAX team.

None of this is possible if we don’t consider wellbeing at the heart of what we do. This wisdom has influenced our decision to put our people before profits and move to a 4-day week. By refocusing on what is important, we will continue to amplify our commitment and enthusiasm for what we do.
