Erindale Residence

This residential home encompasses two parcels of land. The project brief was to integrate both properties to create a cohesive whole and provide a thoughtful, family friendly home to accommodate all members, both now and in the future.

The client desired a grand landscape to complement their new home. Inspiration for the front garden draws reference from the long linear feature windows reflected within the garden and the impressive gravel walk that connects the length of the garden through a series of richly layered outdoor rooms.

The grand walk connects the visitor to the tennis court and recreation precinct, and provides an elevated vantage point to appreciate the game.

Across the site, every opportunity to maximise usage of space was explored. The rear garden is wonderfully versatile with the pool and outdoor entertaining area connected to the tennis court through a retractable curtain fence and terraced lawn steps extend entertaining opportunities.
