Principles of place making and urban design have been applied to create a vibrant, sustainable and integrated public realm.

A central ‘mixed used’ vehicle and pedestrian access, tree-lined roadway draws residents and visitors alike from Park Terrace and the adjacent Park Lands. Function and aesthetics of the shared street have been considered, with flush kerbs, pull in parking bays, bicycle racks and a pedestrian pathway lined with densely planted garden beds.

A central pedestrian plaza is the heart of the development, with feature paving, trees and planting designed to create a series of intimate break out spaces along the length of the plaza.
